DESCRIPTION:

• The CoaguChek system is a tool for both professionals and patients involved in oral anticoagulant therapy with vitamin K antagonists.
• The device measures thromboplastin time (prothrombin time, INR,% Quick value) using capillary blood from the fingertip or non-anticoagulated venous whole blood
• IT connection to the PC or data management system is provided either with the CoaguChek XS Connect device to the patient’s home computer or with the Handheld Base Unit (HBU) in the professional environment.
• It is intended for self-testing of patients and has the following benefits:
• Small size with 4 AAA batteries (travel flexibility)
• Dispozitivul de masura poate fi tinut in mana in timpul masuratorilor (de exemplu, pentru a preleva picatura de sange din deget)
• Sangele este aplicat pe banda de testare in exteriorul dispozitivului de masura, lucru care minimizeaza riscul de contaminare a dispozitivului cu sange si faciliteaza procesul de aplicare a probei.
• Functii de siguranta la defectare care testeaza toate componentele majore inainte de afisarea rezultatului INR

• Limite terapeutice individuale: limite inferioare/superioare cu avertizare pentru valorile anormale
• Unitati: %Quick, sec, INR
• Formatul data/ora
• Utilizeaza tehnologie de banda de testare electrochimica
• Factor de tesut uman recombinat cu ISI = 1,0. in deplina conformitate cu indicatiile si recomandarile internationale pentru ISI scazut
• Calibration according to WHO guidelines (very good compatibility with laboratory methods, eg Innovin)
• Single control for single-channel tapes on board (OS2C): No more liquid controls, saving time and money
• Side and top filling dosage: Increased comfort (fingertip, pipette)
